I pride myself on thoughtful and focused listening skills and the ability to educate my buyers and sellers while facilitating a smooth transaction, I have worked in real estate for 34 years, and have been a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) for well over two decades. I have been the Broker for such prestigious Arizona communities as Forest Highlands in Flagstaff and Silverleaf in Scottsdale. I also owned my own real estate firm in Paradise Valley for eight years.
One of my greatest compliments is when my clients tell their friends “Freddi handled everything so we did not have to.” Several years ago, I created Team Paulsrud so that each of our team members can specialize in what they do best. This allows me to give my clients the attention they expect and deserve.
My professional accolades are many but I still consider being a 20 year cancer survivor as my greatest achievement. I have used my experience to produce an award-winning video entitled “The Survivors Symphony”. I support other survivors through my motivational speaking as well as volunteering with the American Cancer Society.
